翡翠莊園旗下有三個主要的咖啡農園：Jaramillo、Canas Verde 、 El Velo


位於巴拿馬波奎特的El Velo目前的種植海拔為1650至1900公尺，擁有肥沃火山土壤和原始森林遮蔽，是翡翠莊園在2012年購入，並開始建立的農園，其中El Velo的綠標藝妓豆以其迷人的花香、檸檬草香的清新感而聞名，與同莊園其他地塊 (如Jaramillo的濃郁花香) 形成區分。


翡翠莊園有特別的藝妓分級方式，認為藝伎咖啡在海拔1,400公尺以上的環境栽種，呈現的品質風味最佳，

於是評鑑藝伎咖啡等級的最主要條件為「海拔高度」，再以杯測成績為次要條件，

並分成：

最高級：紅標藝伎(Special)

次高級：綠標藝伎(Private Collection)

精選級：藍標藝伎


翡翠莊園自 2004 年首次以 Geisha 品種在 Best of Panama (BOP) 大賽中驚艷全球，至今屢獲佳績。


2004 BOP 第一名

2007 BOP 第一名

2010–2024 多次榮獲 BOP 前三及前五佳績，每年皆為競標場上的焦點

2025榮獲四冠：藝伎水洗組、藝伎日曬組、多品種組冠軍、莊園冠軍


綠標批次承襲同樣的 Geisha 血統與處理工藝，只因微批次未進入年度競標品，卻仍具極高收藏與品飲價值。
